By accessing or using AIOInsights at aioinsights.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

About AIOInsights

AIOInsights is a trust visibility evaluation platform connected to Digilu. It provides free initial Trust Visibility Scores and, through Digilu, full trust visibility evaluations for businesses. AIOInsights evaluates publicly observable business signals to generate visibility assessments.

Nature of Evaluations

Trust Visibility Scores and evaluations generated by AIOInsights are based on rule-based heuristics and publicly observable business signals. They are intended as directional assessments, not definitive audits.

AIOInsights does not directly query ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini, Perplexity, or any other AI platform on your behalf. Evaluations reflect signals that may influence AI discoverability, not direct AI platform outputs.

AIOInsights does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, AI recommendation, lead volume, or business result. Evaluations are strategic diagnostic tools, not performance guarantees.

Acceptable Use

Users may evaluate publicly accessible websites for legitimate informational, competitive, research, or business purposes. Users may not use the service for harassment, deception, unlawful profiling, automated abuse, or misrepresentation of affiliation.

Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information about a business, or represent yourself as authorized to act for a business when you are not
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or target an individual or a business
  • Publish a report in a way that implies the evaluated business requested, endorsed, or participated in it
  • Submit addresses that are not publicly accessible websites, including private network addresses and systems you do not have permission to access
  • Run automated or bulk submissions, or attempt to circumvent rate limits
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's scoring logic or content
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

This replaces an earlier term restricting evaluation to businesses you represent. That restriction contradicted how the Platform actually works: the multi-location comparison powered by AIOStory reads public sites, and our published research evaluates public websites we were not asked to evaluate. The rule above describes the real boundary, which is conduct, not affiliation.

Reports, Privacy and Publication

Your report is private by default. When you run a check, the result is stored and given its own unlisted web address. That address is not published, not listed in any directory on this site, not included in our sitemap, and is marked so search engines do not index it. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so treat it as you would any private link.

Publication is opt-in and reversible. A report becomes publicly visible only if you open it and explicitly choose to publish it. You can make it private again at any time from the same place. We cannot recall copies that others have already saved, cached, or shared.

We also publish independent research. Separately from user-submitted checks, AIOInsights publishes research pages that evaluate publicly accessible websites we chose to evaluate. Those pages are labelled as independent research, are written about the evaluated domain rather than to it, and state clearly that the business did not request or endorse them. If you represent a business that appears in our research and want the page removed, email [email protected] and we will take it down.

Comparisons are private. The AIOStory multi-location comparison renders its result to you in the browser. It does not publish a page, create a permanent address, notify the compared locations, or imply that anyone authorized the comparison.

Intellectual Property

All content on AIOInsights: including the trust visibility framework, methodology, copy, design, and scoring system: is the intellectual property of AIOInsights and Digilu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AIOInsights is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that evaluation results will be accurate for your specific business circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOInsights and Digilu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any evaluation results.

Third-Party Links

The Platform links to Digilu (digilu.com) and may link to other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law provisions.
