AIOInsights ("AIOInsights," "we," "us," or "our") is a trust visibility evaluation platform connected to Digilu. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our website at aioinsights.com.

By using AIOInsights, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you run a Trust Visibility Check we collect:

  • The website address you asked us to evaluate
  • Your email address, so we can send you the report

Where a form asks for them, we also collect your business name, business category and geographic market. When you request a Full Evaluation we additionally collect your first name and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, your primary concern, who owns marketing at your business, and any notes you add. We stopped asking for a street address, city, state, ZIP and marketing budget range on the request form: none of them were needed to decide whether to scope the work.

Information We Generate

Running a check produces a result: a score, the six pillar scores, the signals we observed, the highest-priority issue, the evaluation timestamp and the engine version. We store that result as a report, together with the evaluated domain, your email address, and whether you have chosen to publish it.

Information We Retrieve From the Evaluated Website

The check fetches the website you submitted, and its robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt, exactly as a search or AI crawler would. We read only what that site publishes publicly. We do not log in, we do not access anything behind authentication, and we do not execute the site's JavaScript.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit AIOInsights we collect standard web analytics: pages visited, time on site, referral source, campaign parameters in the URL, and browser and device type. Analytics events record which tool was used, which page it started from, and which score band the result fell into. Your email address and other personal information are never sent to analytics.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used to:

  • Generate your score and evaluation
  • Send you your report and its private link
  • Contact you about that result, including by a member of the Digilu team
  • Connect you with Digilu if you request a Full Evaluation or a membership
  • Improve the platform and the scoring engine

What we send, and how to stop it. We may contact you about the result you asked for, and we may send you periodic AI visibility updates related to it. Every one of those carries a working unsubscribe link and a postal address, and unsubscribing removes you from everything we send.

Your Reports: Private by Default

A report you generate is private. It is stored at its own unlisted address. That address is not published, not listed in any directory on this site, not included in our sitemap, and carries instructions telling search engines not to index it. Anyone holding the link can open the report, so treat the link as private.

Publishing is your choice. Your report becomes publicly visible only if you open it and explicitly confirm that you want it published. You can switch it back to private from the same place at any time. Once a page has been public, we cannot recall copies others have already saved, cached, or shared.

Independent research is a separate system. AIOInsights also publishes research pages evaluating publicly accessible websites we chose to evaluate. Those pages are generated from public signals, are labelled as independent research, and state that the business did not request or endorse them. They are not created from user submissions. If you represent an evaluated business and want the page removed, email [email protected].

The score badge. If you embed the AIOInsights score badge on your site, the badge image is requested from our servers each time your page loads. That request carries the visitor's IP address and browser user agent, as any image request does. The badge is served only for reports that are publishable, it contains no personal data, and it stops showing a score if the underlying report becomes private or is deleted.

Comparisons. The AIOStory multi-location comparison renders its result to you in the browser only. It does not publish a page, create a permanent address, or notify the compared locations.

Information Sharing

AIOInsights is connected to Digilu. Information you submit through AIOInsights may be shared with Digilu for the purpose of conducting your evaluation and providing strategic guidance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, such as email delivery providers, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

Reports. A stored report and its private link are retained for up to 400 days from the date of the check, after which they expire and the link stops working. Running a new check on the same site creates a new report; earlier reports for that site remain until they expire.

Lead and contact information. The details you submit with a check or a Full Evaluation request are retained while there is an active or prospective relationship, and are deleted on request.

Rate-limit and abuse records. Short-lived counters tied to network address are kept for minutes to hours and then expire automatically.

Independent research pages. Research pages are retained while they remain accurate and useful, and are removed on request from the business evaluated.

Deletion. Email [email protected] from the address you used, or with the report link, and we will delete the report, the private link, and your contact record. We will confirm when it is done.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted securely. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you may ask us to unpublish a report you previously published. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

Who Processes Your Information

AIOInsights is operated by Digilu. Members of the Digilu team can access submitted checks, reports and contact details in order to respond to them.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the platform:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the evaluation service, stores reports, and provides web analytics.
  • Cloudflare Email Sending delivers the report and notification emails.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

AIOInsights uses session storage to temporarily retain your evaluation data between the check form and the results page. This data is not a cookie and is cleared when you close your browser session. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate.

Third-Party Links

AIOInsights links to Digilu (digilu.com) and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of AIOInsights after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
