Without AggregateRating schema, AI systems cannot read ratings from the site itself, so its reputation never factors into how they describe the business.

Recommendation: Publish the aggregate rating using AggregateRating schema.

What the score evaluates

Six categories of observable signals

Six categories of observable signals that affect clarity, credibility, and AI-era discoverability. Every signal is read from what your site publishes publicly. No integrations, no accounts, no tracking code.

  1. 01

    Semantic Clarity

Whether the words on the page state plainly what the business does, for whom, and where, in language a machine can resolve without guessing.

    10 signals
  2. 02

    Entity Consistency

Whether the business describes itself the same way everywhere it is represented, so systems reading multiple sources resolve them to one entity.

    6 signals
  3. 03

    Authority

Whether the site publishes the depth and proof that make a claim checkable: substantive pages, named work, and corroborating structure.

    7 signals
  4. 04

    AI Discoverability

Whether the content can be retrieved and parsed at all: crawlability, structured data, machine-readable text, and no accidental blocks.

    9 signals
  5. 05

    Trust

Whether ratings, reviews and review sources are visible in the site's own markup, rather than existing only on platforms the site never references.

    4 signals
  6. 06

    Local Presence

Whether a business that serves a place makes that place machine-readable. Scored as not applicable when a business has no local footprint.

    4 signals

What this does not do: AIOInsights evaluates observable signals that influence AI-era discoverability. It does not guarantee or directly measure recommendations from individual AI platforms, and it does not query ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews to ask about your business.

One connected system

One platform, specialized engines

AIOInsights is where you run checks and read reports. Behind it, specialized engines do the work: AIOTruth evaluates and verifies, AIOStory compares, AIOWeather forecasts, and AIOFacts defines the standards. Digilu implements and takes responsibility from there.

How the evaluation works

Four steps, every time, in the same order

The check is deterministic by design. The same retrievable content evaluated under the same rubric version produces the same score.

  1. 1

    Retrieve

We request your homepage the way a search or AI crawler would, then read your robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt. Nothing is installed and nothing is tracked. If a bot shield or a robots rule blocks the request, that is itself a finding, and you get the reason rather than a guess.

  2. 2

    Observe

Forty individual signals are checked against what was actually retrieved: markup, structured data, headings, links, machine-readable facts, crawl directives. Each signal passes, fails, or is recorded as unavailable when the evidence could not be obtained.

  3. 3

    Score

Signals roll up into their six pillars, and the pillars into one weighted score out of 10. A signal we could not observe is excluded rather than counted as a failure, and a pillar that does not apply to your business is excluded from the weighting entirely instead of scoring zero.

  4. 4

    Report

You get the score, all six pillar scores, the evidence behind them, your highest-priority issue, and one recommendation, plus the evaluation timestamp and engine version so the result is reproducible.

What the check cannot see: content that only appears after JavaScript runs, pages behind a login, and anything published somewhere other than the site being evaluated. Those limits are stated on every result rather than scored around. Read the full methodology.

If you have already seen your Search Console AI numbers

Google now tells you whether you were shown. Not whether you were understood.

In June 2026 Google gave Search Console a generative AI performance report: impressions, pages, countries and devices from its own AI surfaces. It is worth having, it is free, and it answers a different question than this one.

What Search Console gives you

A count of how often Google's AI features displayed a link to your site, broken down by page, country, device and date. That is real exposure data, first-party, and nobody had it before.

It stops there on purpose. There are no clicks, no click-through rate, no average position and no query data, so you cannot see what you were the answer to or what the appearance was worth. It also covers Google alone: nothing from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot or the Gemini app.

What this check gives you

The layer underneath the number. Forty observable signals across six pillars, showing whether an AI system can resolve who you are, verify what you claim, and represent your business correctly.

An impression is the outcome. Entity clarity, structured facts, trust signals and retrievable content are what produce it, and they are the part you can actually change. That is why a low impression count on its own tells you that something is wrong but not what.

Run the free check and read the evidence behind each signal.

Together, not instead: use Search Console to watch Google exposure over time, and use this to understand the signals driving it. Neither replaces the other, and any tool claiming to measure your visibility inside a private AI assistant is claiming access nobody has.

From diagnosis to responsibility

A result tells you where you stand. Digilu takes responsibility from there.

AIOInsights evaluates the public signals as they are today. The Observatory keeps watching them. Digilu carries the level of responsibility you choose, and no more than that.

1AIOInsightsDiagnose the current state.
2The ObservatoryKeep watching what changes.
3DigiluCarry the responsibility you choose.

Minimum: We watch. You act. · Trust Foundation: We watch. We maintain.

Methodology and transparency

The whole rubric is published

A score you cannot interrogate is a score you should not trust. Everything that determines a result is written down and versioned.

What AIOInsights claims, and what it does not

It does
Evaluate publicly observable signals that search and AI systems can access and use when interpreting a business, and report them the same way every time.
It does not
Query the internal recommendation systems of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews or any other platform, or predict, guarantee or measure whether one of them will recommend you.
It also does not
Score anything it could not retrieve. An unreachable or blocked site returns the reason and no number, never an estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions

AIOInsights, also written AIO Insights, is a trust visibility intelligence platform for the AI search era. It evaluates the signals that influence whether AI and search systems confidently access, understand, and verify a business. AIOInsights is connected to Digilu, an Adaptive Brand Management company founded in 1999.

Yes. Google AI Overviews are one of the AI search surfaces AIOInsights accounts for. The free check evaluates the trust, clarity, entity consistency, and authority signals that determine whether AI search systems, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, can confidently understand and represent your business.

Trust Visibility is the measurable clarity, credibility, consistency, and authority that influences whether modern search and AI systems confidently understand and represent a business. It encompasses semantic clarity, entity consistency, authority, AI discoverability, trust, and local presence. It goes beyond traditional SEO rankings to address how AI systems interpret and act on brand identity.

No. AIOInsights is not an SEO tool. Traditional SEO focuses on ranking signals: backlinks, keyword optimization, and technical page performance. AIOInsights evaluates trust visibility: the clarity, consistency, authority, and brand signals that influence how AI discovery systems interpret and recommend a business. These are related disciplines, but they measure different things.

No. AIOInsights evaluates signals that influence AI discoverability and trust. It does not guarantee placement in any AI system's recommendations. No platform can make that guarantee. AIOInsights provides evaluation and strategic direction: identifying where trust visibility gaps may be limiting your business's discoverability and what signals can be improved.

The free Trust Visibility Check generates a Trust Visibility Score from 1 to 10, identifies one primary trust issue detected based on your business information, explains why that issue matters for AI-era discoverability, and provides one strategic recommendation. The full evaluation reviews all six trust visibility pillars in depth: semantic clarity, entity consistency, authority, AI discoverability, trust, and local presence.

After receiving your free Trust Visibility Score, you can request a Full Trust Visibility Evaluation directly from the results page. Complete the full contact form and a Digilu strategist will conduct a deeper review of your brand's clarity, authority, and AI-era visibility signals. The full evaluation is conducted through Digilu and includes a strategic consultation.
